He has more than 40 years of Business experience in different industries at home & abroad. Md. Asauddowla Asad completed his bachelor’s & master’s in physics from Dhaka University, batch of 1985. He is renowned for his collaborative and inclusive leadership style by cultivating a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement, they inspire teams to achieve unprecedented success.

Engr. Md. Ashrafuddwla is a professional Structural Engineer. He completed his bachelor’s in civil engineering from BUET in 2009 & the master’s from East West University on Actuarial Science. Engr. Ashrafuddowla, one of the founder directors. He has expertise in RCC and Steel Structure. He is the pioneer of 3-Legged self-supported tower in Bangladesh, and he was awarded for different optimum & creative solution. Prior to joining Torque Engineering Limited, he worked at Grameenphone Ltd. As a lead engineer at Technology Division. He is also a member of ASCE, IEB, ACI & IAENG.
